After work today, my beautiful horse, Star, was not there to meet me like he usually is. In the far back corner of the field he stood moving his head up and down. Otherwise, he was stationary. What was wrong?
When I walked up to him, I found him tangled in a vine. It is not natural for a horse to back up, but I told him, “Come on now, Star, back.” He did it! He obeyed me perfectly. Without me touching him he obeyed my voice and came loose of the vine. He was free.
We sometimes feel bound up like we can’t be free. We must wait for the Master to come. When we obey His voice, we too will be free.
