Diligent Effort
Philippians 3:14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. KJV

This year begins with a dream. I am in a contest. I must endure the race and finish on time. I am following others. They decide to go back a day’s journey to sleep in the same place. I decide to separate from them and go forward instead.

I get on a flying machine and fly to the destination. I finish my race. My end should be date stamped with the date and time. The owner of the race is not at all concerned about my time. Then I use the flying machine to check on the others and see where they are in the journey.

Lord, this means it is not important when we finish the race as long as we complete it?

That is part of it, My Child, but also are content and desire. We praise you for your diligent efforts to seek Me. Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are One. You are right in that, but we are also separate individuals as well. Come now. Shalom with Me. I will guide you and lead you in your journey. Go now. Praise. Shalom.
