Matthew 6:12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. KJV
And I prayed, Lord, I apologized to my husband for “blowing up” and he spoke unkindly to me again. I left the room as I asked You to help me do. How do You want me to respond? Silence? Leaving? Speaking softly, or sharply? Give me Your wisdom. Thank You for the hurt drives me closer to You. You told me to be a light on my job. How do I do that?
And God said: Walk in with a smile. Keep your hair neat and combed. Forgive them that hurt you, no matter the provocation. Be nice to everyone including sales calls and belittlers. Do be in contact with those in authority over you. Do not go off and do your own thing.
Trust Me to take care of you, to fight your battles for you, and to win the wars. Be on time. Prevent those who are unhappy from speaking against Me or anyone in authority. Be mature in your thinking and faithful in your nature.
Love one another as Christ loves the church so I love you. Forgive one another. Be strong. Bow. Bend. Do not break. Think of Me often and praise Me always. Give Me the glory and intercede for your friends and your enemies. Christ is on the throne and you are at home. Stay there today. Shalom. And life IS good when the Christ is in it. Bless you as you trust Him. Shalom.
