Job 3:25  says What I feared has come upon me; what I dreaded has happened to me.

Hebrews 11:1 says  Now faith is the certainty of things hoped for, a proof of things not seen.

When someone is describing something to us, we often say, I can just see it!  In the spiritual, we can see something that we are asking God for and that we hope He gives us. Which is faith in action and pleases God.

But all too often, we can see in the negative as well. For instance, my coworker’s mother heard on the radio that there was an accident on the freeway. She called in an absolute panic. She was convinced it was her son that was in the accident and no matter how hard I tried, I could not convince her that it probably was NOT him. She let her imagination run wild with seeing him in an accident, seeing him loaded into an ambulance, and seeing him in the hospital on life support. She saw and had faith in the wrong things.

When we see something negative, we have used our faith in the wrong way. It can come to pass, because we see it. Use your imagination to see things with faith in God. See yourself getting that job, the promotion, married to the right person, or whatever you wish for God to do for you. Refuse to see yourself or your loved ones falling, being fired, or getting in an accident. Use your God given faith, even the size of a mustard seed in the right way.  And life IS good when the Christ is in it. See the good, friend. Shalom.
